today my intake was so horrible :(

breakfast - noodles, chicken with soy sauce (omg)

lunch - white rice, fish with ginger sauce

snack - 1 donut glaze, 1 donut with avocado filling, 1 donut with triple cheese filling, 1 glass green tea latte, few sushi, 2 glass of milk tea

dinner - i’m too full to eat anything again, omg this is so horrible

I think I gonna start everything again next week, I have to be better.
